State Shipping Laws
Some state shipping laws restrict our ability to ship wine.

Please allow 1-3 business days for the processing of all orders, including those with expedited shipping.
Orders received after 2PM MST will begin processing the following business day. Rare exceptions may occur during peak shipping times. Processing time does not include transit time. Transit time is what you choose during checkout. Sundays are not always included transit or delivery times. Please refer to your tracking number for the estimated delivery date.
Adult Signature Required
We ship all wines via Adult Signature Required service, as is required by Federal Law. Please ensure that an adult over the age of 21 will be available to receive and sign for your package. We often encourage our customers to ship to a business address to help ensure successful delivery.
Stellies Wines is committed to protecting the integrity of every bottle that we sell. Wine can become damaged if exposed to extreme temperatures while in transit, so we work closely with each client to assure every bottle arrives at its destination in optimum condition.
Matching the appropriate delivery service with current weather conditions is the best way to assure that your wine will arrive in it's original condition. We also use certified FedEx-compliant packaging.
Stellies also offers our customers the option to store purchases in our temperature-controlled storage for up to 30 days while waiting for an extreme weather event to pass, or to build a case for economical shipping. If a customer prefers that we hold their orders for longer than 30 days after purchase, for when safe shipping is possible, Stellies will charge $10 per case, per month for providing this service.

Stellies Wines will replace a bottle of wine if it has been spoiled (aka corked) due to transit. Proof of spoilage or mishandling by the courier may be requested before any refunds or exchanges are placed.
Please note that sediment can be found within some bottles of our red wine. If you are uncertain please let us know.
If you need to refund for an item, please Contact Us with your order number, and details about the product you would like a refund for and attach any photographs of the damaged product. We will respond to you as quickly as we can to your inquiry.
All of our wines are stored in a climate-controlled facility run by Ideal55.
